Pacific Water & Power is a third party billing and payment processing service contracted by your property management company. We have been providing this service since 1997 throughout parts of Orange and L.A. County.
Pacific Water & Power will bill your apartment for gas, water, trash, and sewer, depending on your property. If you live at one of the Tustin properties or Wimbledon Glen, you will be billed for gas by a separate company. Pacific Water and Power is the only provider for the billing of these utilities. We are not a utility company and do not have the authority to disrupt any customer's service at any time. Any disruption to your service is a maintenance issue and can be fixed by contacting your property's maintenance staff. According to section six of your lease contract, you are required to pay for utilities and are therefore bound to pay Pacific Water & Power for the listed utilities on a monthly basis. Accounts that are not paid in such a manner will be in violation of their lease contract and will be subject to penalties and in certain cases eviction.
